We have stayed here before and again the stay was most enjoyable with exceptional staff and service. Dinner was excellent. Although the location is not quite as ideal for us compared to some other luxury hotels in London, in this district you can park your car for free right next to the hotel at the weekend from 13:30 on a Saturday.

The hotel was stunning, really luxurious without feeling pretentious. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, and even remembered our names. The concierge were really helpful to assist with making plans. The location of the hotel is perfect - we walked to the palace, it was close to nice food places, and for everything else we hopped onto the tube at Victoria which was 5 mins away. It was just me and my 4 year old son so it made a huge difference having a welcoming and helpful team look after you. We had room service breakfast which whilst wasn't cheap, was exceptional and we loved eating in our robes. We loved our experience at The Goring thank you!

Always a favourite with our family, the Goring did not disappoint. Staff exceptional and every wish carried out with attention to detail. Loved sitting by the roaring fire having drinks and snacks in such a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. Staff at breakfast were first rate and the food was absolutely delicious, would definitely recommend. Comfy bed and lovely complementary fruit in the room.

The welcome to the departure the staff are attentive to your needs. They room was small but decorated lovely and very clean. The bar is lively and the drinks were great served with lots of recommendations. The breakfast is superb in a tranquil atmosphere. I have had lunch there numerous times which is wonderful, let to try dinner but will be back before Christmas to try the Michelin star food!@

All trains were cancelled so within 20 minutes of calling the Goring we arrived and were well looked after. We have stayed before And it never disappoints

We had such a warm welcome from door staff and reception which continued throughout our stay.Delighted on arrival to learn our room was upgraded. We felt it was a special experience to stay in such a beautiful hotel but it also had such a homely feel.

The hotel is flawless. Enjoyed everything about it the bar, the dining room, restaurant, the tea room, and especially the bedroom with the turndown service. Was a delight, returning to the room at night to have the classical music playing with a Goring sheep on my bed.

From the greeting at the door onwards was fabulous. Staff were very attentive. Food delicious. The only thing was the price on booking. Com was less than the actual price which was rather embarrassing. Booking.com need to be more transparent.
